Last updated: 28 October 2026

This policy explains how Echka Ltd ("Echka", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit echka.com or contact us. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, published on its App Store and Google Play listing.

Who we are

Echka Ltd is the data controller. Registered in England and Wales. Registered office: C/O Opia Accountancy, Old Town Hall, 30 Tweedy Road, Bromley, England, BR1 3FE. Contact: contact@echka.com.

What we collect

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels.

Why we use it

We use your messages to reply and to discuss possible work with you (our legitimate interest, or steps before entering a contract). Server logs are used to keep the website running and secure (legitimate interest).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email and website hosting providers, under contracts that protect your data. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations apply.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and generally no longer than six years after our last contact. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to its use, and request a copy in a portable format. To make a request, email contact@echka.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
